Oliver Gibbins has been living his life as Carmen Lohr, a mentally and physically disabled senior citizen. Born January 19, 1946, married Alina
Fowler in 1977. He started doing art shows shortly after they were married. He began to make a name for himself, but it doesn't look like he ever broke into the art scene. He became a nurse and worked in a nursing home called Lighthouse Living. They had three kids together: Peyton Jonathan, Oakley Ada, and Edwin Allan. Alina was a clerical worker at the Kryter Community College. In 1981, she was in a car accident, and died from a
heart attack shortly after at the hospital. 
 

Carmen married Lydia Estrada three years later. He retired ten years ago and is still doing art shows. He really does only one new painting every year because of his arthritis. And no one can find anything about him before he married Alina.

That was until River discovers that Carmen Lohr is an alias.
